How to Request a Refund

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once processed, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

What Happens After a Refund

Upon refund, your license will be revoked and the plugin's licensed features will stop working. This is different from cancelling a subscription — when you cancel, your license lapses and you can continue using the last downloaded version. With a refund, the license becomes void and the plugin will no longer function.

Subscription Renewals

Exceptions
