How to Request a Refund

2. Include your order details — your email address or license key is sufficient
3. We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once processed, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

What Happens After a Refund

Upon refund, your license will be revoked and the plugin's licensed features will stop working. This is different from cancelling a subscription — when you cancel, your license lapses and you can continue using the last downloaded version. With a refund, the license becomes void and the plugin will no longer function.

Subscription Renewals

You can cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date to avoid being charged. If you forget to cancel and are charged for a renewal, please contact us within 7 days and we'll be happy to process a refund.

Exceptions

While we aim to honour all refund requests within the guarantee period, we reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:

• Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds)
• Violation of our Terms of Service
• Requests made after the 30-day period
