Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SauceCode's website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Products and Licensing

License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our WordPress plugins according to the terms of your selected plan. Each license permits:

• Installation on the number of sites specified in your plan
• Access to plugin updates for the duration of your subscription
• Access to support during your active subscription period

License Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense our plugins
• Share your license key with third parties
• Use our plugins for illegal purposes
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our plugins

Free Trials

All our plugins include a 14-day free trial period. During the trial:

• You have full access to the plugin and all features included in your selected plan
• Your payment method is registered but will not be charged during the trial period
• You may cancel at any time before the trial ends at no cost. Upon cancellation, your license will be revoked and the plugin will cease to function.
• If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged

Subscriptions and Payments

Billing

Following your free trial, subscriptions are billed annually in advance and will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Some plans may also be available as a one-time lifetime purchase.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect active subscription periods — any changes will take effect at your next renewal.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your licensed features until the end of your current billing period. After expiration, you will no longer receive updates but may continue using the last downloaded version.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day free trial to evaluate our products, plus a 30-day money-back guarantee after your first payment. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

Please note that accepting a refund differs from cancelling your subscription. Cancelled subscriptions lapse at the end of the billing period, allowing continued use of the last downloaded version. Refunded purchases result in immediate license revocation and the plugin will cease to function.

Support

Support is provided to customers with active subscriptions. We aim to respond to support requests within 1-2 business days. Support covers:

• Bug reports and technical issues
• Installation and configuration assistance
• General usage questions

Support does not include customisation work, third-party plugin conflicts, or general WordPress development assistance.

Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and trademarks on this website and within our plugins are the property of SauceCode. Our plugins are distributed under a proprietary license — they are not GPL-licensed.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our plugins will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all WordPress configurations. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of our products.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SauceCode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
